maybe my expectations were low such that I loved it

very fast 2.5 hours

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

Connor's response when I told him you said he's going to explode: "Cool! Can't wait, only a little more than 4 hours to go!!"

Surprisingly, I enjoyed myself immensely. We saw it digitally projected so it looked and sounded great. I went in expecting to dislike this movie as much as I disliked every other Michael Bay film. It was very corny in parts, there were some awfully cheesy lines and it was EXTREME!! in typical Michael Bay explody-upturned-automobile-mass-destruction action style. But it is what it is and I am surprised I liked it. My son was on the edge of his seat, he really dug it! And the special effects were eye candy sweet.

I went crazy in excitement. It might have had something to do with the woman next to me screaming "wooooooooohoooooooo!" really high-pitched whenever something cool happened. set the mood.

I think It could be much better.

I would prefer much Spielberg and less Bay, I found many similarities with The Island.

I would like the film to have more realism.

The action scenes are too blur, confused...

Anyway, Good funny moments.

You would like more realism in the film ?!

Mate - I don’t know where youre from , but on planet earth , cars that transform into talking robots are NOT realistic  No way you can make a transformers movie realistic! And all the better for it :D

I went to a press screening of it a week ago. It's fucking immense! It's worth going to watch just for when Starscream fucks up the airforce. Pure, unadulterated eye candy. You'll have eyegasms. :D

Jeanie, when I say realism I mean a different thing.

I can accept robots coming from the space, trasforming into cars, etc...

I cannot accept the girl that wants to steal a car, opens the door, and with a hand takes two ready to use cuttet wires under the steering wheel, and starts the car, all in 15 seconds... etc...

See "War of the worlds", that is realism... :)

@GLAKO

If you see The Island you can understand what I mean. In action scenes the camera is moving too much, and the scenes are too fast, so It's difficoult to understand what It's really happening...

Back from Transformers(finally!).

The 2.5 hours go fast and of course the best part is the CGI, I agree with all of you that this movie have some of the most impressive action sequences ever made.
