Embarrassingly, I'm really looking forward to playing the second volume of Bookworm Adventures Deluxe...

Still playing Left 4 Dead. Absolutely the most fun I've ever had with a multiplayer game. You don't realize how much fun it is to blind people with vomit, pull someone off a building with a tongue, leap from 5 story buildings pouncing on your prey and slashing them to death, or, bowling over people with cars and forklifts. Oh yeah, and you Hulk punch people off of skyscrapers too. :)

As for Left 4 Dead 2, well, I'm still skeptical of such an quick release after the first one. However, I'm kinda a Valve fanboy and will probably end up enjoying what they give me.

Oh yeah! And I also got the Secret of Monkey Island Special Edition in HD! Nostalgia at its finest! :) I just hope Lucas Arts keeps these old point-and-click adventure remakes coming!

Speaking of Valve - Bosco I am sure you'll appreciate this. So Connor is such an amazing obsessed fanboy of Valve and Halflife that it's been his dream to make the pilgrimage to the Valve office himself just to see what it's like. And maybe wave to Gabe Newell. So right now Connor is up in WA with the grandparents visiting his aunt and uncle - who happen to live fairly close to the Valve office. The only reason why he wanted to go to Washington and endure a family road trip with grandparents was so he could visit the Valve office and meet his hero Gabe Newell. So anyway I just got off the phone with Connor. Needless to say he had an awesome day visiting the Valve office - he got the red carpet treatment from Gabe Newell so Connor's really thrilled to bits and talking a mile a minute about his Valve adventure like a good fanboy he is. When he gets back from Washington I'll post some pics.

One month later...

Holy crap thats awesome, how exciting for Connor! And since Connor is Half Life geek, he might enjoy this youtube clip (If he hasn't already seen it yet) http://www.youtube.c...h?v=q1UPMEmCqZo Must warn you though, its a bit graphic, but nothing you don't see in the game anyway. :)

Hey Iggy, where you at?

I'm buffed and ready, good sir. My Vega will cut up your Ken any day.

To tell you the truth when I first played street fighter 4 I hated it. But then I picked up this fight stick and its like a whole new game for me.

New Super Street fighter 4 is on its way. Deejay and T-Hawk are back as well as a new character Juri. Supposedly there will be 5 other new characters too. And from what I read, it's getting its own release not gonna be downloadable content.

For the record, I hate "downloadable content."

There have been a number of games I've seen people bitch about in the last year or so where it appears that aspects of the game which should have been included in the initial release are only available as a download for extra moneys. Lame.

Totally agree. It just encourages future game developers to release games that are unfinished, and later fix them with "Downloadable Content". Terrible for the consumer, but a very easy way to make more money for the game companies.

I play L4D, DOD:S, SF4 (PC & PS3), a little TF2 and it looks like the next game I might pick up is Borderlands.

Looking forward to SSF4....I hear release is scheduled for Spring 2010?? I'm hoping Elena from Third Strike makes it in the game.

I just saw the pics from IGN!

I agree with you guys on the DLC bit. Paying more for add-ons for your game (which should've been included in the first place) just blows.

Finally beat ODST on Legendary. I must say that it wasn't that hard. But it was challenging, and lacked the frustration and time Halo 3 would have required.

All in all, I have really enjoyed ODST. Now I just have to get all those damned vidmaster achievemants, lol

I illegally downloaded Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising, and thought it was so impressive that I bought the game. It's very very hard and not like any FPS I've played before but I've got a couple of friends to buy it to so we can plan and attack.

Can't stop playing Assassins Creed 2... can't remember the last time I played a game that I wanted to get 100% on.

Played Bioshock 2, it was really, really short. Not worth it.

Alien v. Predator on the PS3 is pretty good, despite the negative reviews. I depends on how much you liked the first 3 Aliens movies and first 2 Predator movies. The game is definitely for the old school.
