Yes I meant just that, leaking was the wrong word to use. I'm sure you already noticed the cultural difference on downloads between our forum and the brainkiller one. Of course, as was shown in this thread we don't have an agreement on the actual "rules" either. :)



My view is that the right to post links to questionable material (which doesn't equal downright illegal material) is up to everyone's personal consideration. I think since we cannot edit our posts it was alright for Jeanie to remove the link to let you (the new user who was not familiar with our culture) reconsider whether the distribution of the rip should be constrained out of respect or not.



Now that you know all this, if you want to post links to stuff in the future you should be able to do so without intervention.

and i dont really get anything out of sharing the tune.. its not like you can go out and buy it now! its available on petes show soonish! so.. a rip.. today or tomorrow.. whats the difference?

if someone wants to hear it they can go and replay the show.. but its illegal to record the show and send it? since when?
