So there I was at me mate?s place the other night, and I walk in and he?s got Exit Planet Dust on playing Song To The Siren. So, as you do, I go up to the amp and pump it up because ?loud isn?t loud enough!?

Anyway, I?m relaxing on the couch listening to the banshees wailing with a six pack beside me while he?s cooking, waiting for the big start into Three Little Birdies. Lo and behold, he?s got the f**ken random play on and it switches to Alive Alone! ABSOLUTE SACRILEGE!!!! I ask him what the hell is going on? He says, ?I like to surprise myself not knowing what the next song is.? Excuse me, you just don?t play EPD in any order!!! You play it the way the boys want you to listen to it. I f**ken told him don?t do it again.

So then I start it up again at Leave Home and drank the six pack all the way home to Beth. Can?t remember eating anything though! So what do you guys think?

It's an outrage !!!!

How the F*CK can he do this ??? Before playing any chemical album or song there are couple of rules that one MUST follow :-

1. Play it LOUD. Max volume. (does 'nt matter where you are - in the car, party or just chillin in the basement all by youself)

2. If you are listening to the full album play it the way it is supposed to be played- don't hit random button (it is an insult to the Chems)

3. If your friend doesn't dig Chemical music and he/she says you to change the cd you can tell him/her to "FUCK OFF"

I can't think of anymore rules

Chem's albums are somewhat about building and releasing tension, so changing the order does not work too good with them... ;-)

Thats what I love about the chems. But another really good group that creates alot of tension and ( probeley the best ) buildups with synths are Boards Of Canada.
