Just updated the beerlist after the California jaunt.

207 different beers from 46 different nationalities.

Added Greece and Lithuania to the country list and added some nice Belgium and American beers to the brand list. Well done.

water and sleep.

if you absolutely can't sleep, stand under the hottest shower you can stand, for as long as you can stand it, and then flip it over to as cold as you can get.

Repeat until you feel better.

Better now.

Alcohol makes me feel dirty and manky. I don't like it very much. It likes me far too much, though.

Still, a good pub night turned into urban exploration followed by setting the world to rights in a park as the sun came up. Good times.

Now for some food and juice.

Fucking drunk at the moment. A good night out.

Still, thought I'd scored some blow (friend wanted some, but I should've known better; her boyfriend wasn't too fond of that), but no dice. Dealer fucked me over and started to get rowdy with me. I wasn't having any of that, but probably got more than my money's worth of the green.

Now time for some pizza sub and the bong and some Donny Darko. And then work in the morning. Damn.

I'm battered at the moment. So tired after 2 1/2 hours sleep last night (g/f's graduation party plus clubbing plus work). But it's worth it..... I think.

Hope everyone else is having a good weekend.

And I can still get 5 hours sleep if I go to bed right now.... which I won't.

Man I am stuffed!!! This was not the weekend to really go out and play but there was no way I was gonna refuse.

I started work at 7am friday and busted my arse till 7pm, then went to see Aquasky in the city and didn't get home till 9am. I 'tried' to sleep for a while then rushed off to work again at 4 and didn't finish till 2am last night. Got home and in bed at 3.30 got up at 8.30 and left for MOTHERS DAY at work (one of the most stressful days of the year) and didn't finish till an hour ago. I nearly missed my train stop before 'cos I fell sleep on the train for the first time. Now I don't feel that tired. The next two days I have off which i'll be detoxing from alcohol, drugs and caffine!
its a little early but thanks anyway

Yesterday's itinerary:

Stay up until 5AM previous night with girlfriend

Go out for breakfast at 10AM and eat pancakes until you literally vomit

Load up on beer and a giant pizza and throw a small Champions League Final party in the afternoon

Load up on beer (again) and take the bus to a friend's apartment who is throwing a small Stanley Cup Playoffs party in the evening

Load up on beer (AGAIN!) and hitch a ride over to another friend's apartment who is throwing a small house party later at night

Get wasted

Take a vaguely recalled cab ride home

Post on board, clearly fucked up

Pass out

Wake up, thankfully without hangover

On a further note, I've found a beer that is dirt cheap, comes in a 600mL plastic bottle (like soft drinks), and isn't entirely undrinkable (but still pretty poor).

And I added two more beers to the list yesterday, incl. one blonde flavoured with absinthe.

dude, I like how out of all of that, including beer in plastic bottles, it was the pancakes that made you hurl.

Pancakes are best with boddingtons.

hehe, no doubt. But when you get 600mL for $1.66, I'm not complaining. :)

BTW, do you recall the brand of German beer from that minikeg? I don't think I added it to the list (currently at 209).
