Hmmmmm.... Things that make you go "hmmmmmmmmm".
I am trying to wait patiently for the release. It's hard!! But I'm so glad we've got 3 tracks - Rock Drill and EBW's 8 and 9 to tide us over. When we get a confirmed street date it's going to be so hard! A sort of "so close yet so far" kind of deal. It's like the minutes will be tick tick ticking away...

Come With Us was released on my birthday, I was so excited! And Push The Button was released a few days before my birthday. Getting older never felt so good!

I dunno, I'm pretty skeptical of it being released that early. You never know, but I'd be expecting a single round around now if they were gonna have an album release in 4 months time. Unless EBW8/9 count, but they weren't commercial releases so I doubt that.

No, I don't think so. A Single will be released 2-3 weeks before the album, not more... ;-)

I'm thinking back to the Come With Us, and Singles days. We had It Began In Afrika and The Golden Path long before the albums showed up. Ok, IBIA was only released through popular demand of EBW5, but the same may happen with EBW8. Star Guitar was on the radio and such 2 months before Come With Us came out, as was Galvanize when Push The Button came out.

I looked on the Web for some infos about the release dates (some could be mistaken).
The Singles was released on September 30, The Golden Path on October 14.
IBIA was released much time before, but as you said, it was an EBW, and the release of this track was not initially scheduled.
Star Guitar January 15, Come with us January 29.
Galvanize release was on January 17, Push the Button on January 25.
Maybe you're talking about the release on the radio... ;-)
