well there is a Midwest Electronic dohickey meeting this upcomming week at the Metro twice. 17th = Justice and then UNKLE on the 20th.

Unfortunately, I have to work on the 17th and the 18th because of random software training. Good times.

Hey Bos... have you heard of any good shows/raves going on up in the northland?

um....nothing really. I mean there is some big names playing at Crobar (David Guetta) and Vision (Paul Van Dyk) right before thanksgiving, but I'm not too fond of the "Clubby, Clubs" nor am I fan of Guetta or Dyk. I typically will only go to those clubs if they have someone I REALLY wanna see.

However, you got GREEN VELVET (LIVE) at the Metro the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, which I was thinking about going to.

And then there is some interesting stuff going on next year in 08. Especially on Feb. 1st, Dj Shadow and Cut Chemist are gonna be in Chicago which im certainly gonna be at.

Other then that, nothing to get too excited about (IMO).

What an incredible concert. I'm just watching my youtube videos from that night, and I cant help but think how lucky I was able to catch them in my hometown. With all this hype that has been flying around with Daft Punk and Justice these past few years, what a breath of fresh air this concert was. I know that could be deemed as a bias statement, but I'm whole heartedly serious.
