Hard for me to define a single favorite part, but the Snow/Surface to Air blend was exceptional. This was part of the encore that only a lucky few shows got to hear.
Further Remixed There's nothing else...

I really like the part where Star Guitar's just ended and the 8-bit synth is playing over the drums from Three Little Birdies Down Beats. And I'd like to nominate a least favorite moment... when Setting Sun ends and goes into the It Doesn't Matter interlude. I counted, and after Out Of Control, Setting Sun only plays solo for 30 seconds. The following interlude alone goes on for three minutes. Surely they could make some more time for such a big hit? Maybe by going straight into Setting Sun at the part where they cut out all the noise with that breakdown instead of returning to Out Of Control with the Setting Sun vocals.

Snow/Surface To Air was/is brilliant. As i mentioned here, Surface To Air i my favorite song from our beloved electronic music duo, and it's like Snow is the missing piece to make Surface To Air more godlike than playing K+D+B and Star Guitar on full volume at Wacken Open Air mainstage 9pm.
edit:
Now that i watched the video again i can't wait to see/hear it live. When exactly are they coming around for clubshows?

Yes yes yes!! This! ^
It's incredible. The Snow treatment on Surface to Air is so perfect. Totally agree it's like those 2 songs were meant to go together and finally crossed paths at the right time. I hope they keep in in their set so I can get a chance to hear it next time I see them.
Here's a 27 minute version that takes you on the journey from Snow to the Reel:
Horsepower is pretty much all kinds of awesome, too. Don't Think is mega cool and I'm glad they weaved that into their set.
Believe is still fantastic and still gets the crowd all riled up.
Oh, and that bit with the cherub clown choir and our friend the acid clown:
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

I don't know what you guys think, but I don't like the new intro (another world). I checked the web, till april 2011 they used to start with galvanize (saw that one as well, but still my favourite intro was "come with us"), which in my opinion is a far better start. Opinions?
My favourite part will be the "new" song "super flash", awesome!

It's very hard to choose a favorite part, the whole set was amazing. But the Believe - Escape velocity - Superflash part was awesome.
And I recently noticed that the last 30 seconds of three little birdies (right before Hey boy hey girl drops in) is also used in the Glastonbury set of 1997. I could be wrong, but it sounds more or less the same.
