Cue emotional music, dim the lights, prepare to have a little cry :'(

So me and my mates decided to go see the Bro's at Brixton this Dec. Seen them twice before and each time i've been blown away. So we all booked tickets seperatley. So when it came to booking mine, i got to the part where you choose where you want to be in the venue. The chioce was easy: upstairs with all the peeps who wanna chill, and downstairs where it goes right off. Naturally, the words 'siting down' and 'chemical brothers' do not go together in my thinking, so you can understand my shock when my 'standing' ticket had mysteriously turned into a 'seating' ticket. I now know that i accidentally scrolled down the ticketweb page with my mouse and didn't realise that i was still choosing either seating or standing. (School boy error - i know) So now i have this ticket to go sit all on my own, and i want to cry. My mates will be down the front and i'll be 'Billie no mates' up in the sky. :'( So, this is where i need your help. Does anyone wanna swap? I can instantly hear the laughter and yes, i hang my head in shame. But wait, is it possible that someone, somebody out there has done the same rookie error??? Maybe they accidentally booked a standing seat and wanna be with their chilled out friends. Could it be true? If so, get in touch...please - i beg you. If not, can i join someone's group of friends. I promise to be good. What's it like "upstairs?" Can you still enjoy the show???

mate, at brixton academy u can get into standing quite easily - send your standing friends through with their tickets - once their in get one of them to come out with 2 stubbs - he gives one to you and keeps the other for himself and hey presto!! one times standing chems gig :D repeat as and when u need to go the bar to get drinks :)

why not try and refund it ? or something like that.. im sure theres a way to do it :S

That is awesome advice and one that i will take...forgot that they give you stubs to come back in!!! I actually rang ticketweb and they gave me some bollocks about not being able to swap it as i booked online...yeah, makes total sense }:-)
