I was wondering what dance albums you guys regard as classic dance albums that will be on the shelves for many years to come or should be on the shelves.
Other than Chems albums cause we all know Surrender is a classic, what would you guys check out?
I would say......
Homework -Daft Punk
You've Come A Long Way Baby -Fatboyslim
Vertigo -Groove Armada
Leftism -Leftfield
The Middle of Nowhere -Orbital
The Fat of the Land -The Prodigy
Melody am -Royksopp
Beaucoup Fish -Underworld

Anyway on to the topic.
I would say that out of your list I would regard at least three as classic, and different albums by two of your bands.
Leftism - Leftfield (this always tops my list)
Homework - Daft Punk
Snivilisation - Orbital
The Fat of the Land - The Prodigy
Dubnobasswithmyheadman - Underworld
Technique - New Order
Introspective - Pet Shop Boys
I know there are tons of memorable dance albums out there, but these are my favourite, and these actually have had an impact on me.

Hybrid - Wide Angle

And you've got a pretty nice collection of the defining dance albums of our time.

Check out ne Orbital- Blue Album and a new Fluke- Puppy.
We're talking about 'classic' dance albums here.
Blue Album will never be a classic and I very much doubt if Fluke's Puppy album will become one (although it should become a classic as it's the best and most mature Fluke album yet!).
