Deficient, in many vitamins and minerals, so the governemnt would have me believe. HAHA I don't actually drink anymore, I gave up the heavy drinking about 6 months ago and replaced it with body building :D

I'm quite the meathead now, and definitely noticed a significant testosterone increase. Breasts and bottoms are affecting me more than they used to, I think i'm becoming...a man :o

That's good man, I've been off the sauce for nearly a week now... not by choice, I got sick and they put me on some antibiotics that will, supposedly, if I drink, or even have something that has too much alcohol based vanilla extract, cause me to spend the next 6-8 hours projectile vomiting.

iggy I can hardly believed you laid off drinking for 6 months! Damn, if you're feeling great then all the more power to you!

Well if i'm totally honest Whirly, I didn't go T-TOTAL. I got drunk of special occasions like birthdays but yes, compared to what I used to be like it's a great improvement. I like being able to hold a piece of fish on my fork without having it fall off due to my shaking hands :P
