We'll tell Eric "high!!!" for you, Tim!
The most stoned I ever got off of baked goods was this time my sis-in-law got ahold of some Afghani weed and made a tray of pot brownies for us. She let the weed simmer in oil for lord only knows how long, baked as normal, then divvied up the pan into very large sqaures.
stash and I took the squares and we gave one to our friend Roxanne, then we all headed out to see Being John Malkovich. Roxanne's boyfriend was our designated reality man (he's such a good sport!)
The brownies started to kick in when we were waiting in line outside of the theater. It wasn't a creeper buzz either. There was no slow build. Oh no. This had an effect like suddenly being slammed into a brick wall. It was so intense I sat on the ground until we went into the show. I could barely stand up. We all managed to stumble our way inside and got our seats, which I proceeded to melt into. By the time the movie started, the opening credits, I was laughing so hard. We all were, but we were the only ones laughing. Afraid and paranoid that everyone knew were we stoned and would kick us out, we had to stifle the laughter and nothing is more painful than being so stoned and having to maintain. My sides hurt, I had tears rolling down my face, and my body was convulsing from the pressure of keeping the laughter to a minimum.
About a third of the way through the film (when we managed to regain some sense of normalcy), stash decides to get up and grab a soda. I thought he was going to fall over the other patrons. And when he didn't return for a few minutes I got really scared thinking "they know he's stoned and made him go outside." But after what seemed like an eternity, stash came back with two glorious sodas to quench the horrible dry mouth we had.
By the time John Malkovich went into his own head, we lost it. No holding back whatsoever. Luckily there were enough people laughing during that scene so we didn't feel out of place. But 10 minutes later after the laughter died down, we were all still laughing pretty hard, so it was back to stuffing the laughter down into our rib cages.
The movie ended and we were completely wrecked by this point. Walking back to the car was an adventure, getting into the backseat of a small sports car was even more of an adventure. Getting home and trying to get out of the car was an adventure too because my foot got stuck underneath the driver's seat and my leg had fallen asleep, so it took about 5 minutes to dislodge my foot without popping my ankle, then waiting for the pins and needles sensation to subside.
I don't remember much after that. Other than I slept a lot the next day because I was still stoned.
We've had good brownies since then, but for some reason those Afghani pot brownies were the best.

Clubbing on a weeknight. First off, free drinks and food at a pharmacy student night at a local bar, then to the Yacht Club for the dancefloor. Started off with mostly just effies and caffeine, but got a fair few drinks into me. Felt sober, but now that I'm home I'm exhausted and drained. Thank god morning class is cancelled.

I was pretty drunk the night before yesterday.
My roommies and our friend Tim went to Sushi E - BEST SUSHI RESTAURANT EVER my god so tasty. Than had some drinks and more drinks , hooked up with more friends , and the rest is x rated.
It was a good night tho. I payed for it yesterday tho with a massive hangover. But a dive into Ozzie Ocean and youre fresh as a...i dunno the expression. Very fresh indeed.

Yeah, last night I went and played some mini-golf with my buddy Richard, then we met with a couple others, watched a bit of Apocalyptica and pre-gamed, then out to a packed pub with a bunch of others, then post-party. Got home around somewhere a little before 5 AM, slept in (d'oh!) and was an hour late for work. Long, very hungover day. Not fun.
Going to have a nap, then it's out clubbing tonight. And work in the morning.

Good night out clubbing last night. Ended up driving because we couldn't get ahold of the cab company, so only moderate alcohol consumption, but just as well.
Unfortunately, had to wait in line in blowing snow and blustery cold in just a t-shirt and jeans because we didn't want to have to deal with the coat check line at the end of the night.
Bit of drama with some lost money and friends overindulging in the sweet nectar, but overall a decent night out.
Was exhausted beyond all belief at work today, but that's par for the course.
Next week is American spring break for some schools, I believe, so, Winnipeg becomes the Tijuana of the North. Yay. Minnesota girls. I will NOT be driving if I manage to get out the next two weekends.

Well, I've got a half ounce of fun times ahead of me. 'Stash, what are your prices like over there, just wondering?
It's like $70/oz of mid-grade here.
We get the good kind bud, and it's about $125 a quarter, $300 for an ounce. Sometimes it's maui wowie, other times it's whatever's good. Bulk rates, haha. We usually go in with someone else and split the cost. Or stash ends up going over to his (ex) step dad's and takes a pinch off his stockpile - lately he's been coming across the medicinal bud, the kind you get if you go to a clinic and present your special marijuana card. But it's pricey, yet goes a long way - few hits of that and you're calling it a night.
For a while there stash's (ex) step dad had a friend who was growing white widow and that stuff was really good. We got the "friend of a friend's discount" and it served us well for a good long time. But unfortunately good things don't always last.
