We're getting near 2013/2014, the year which would mark the 20th anniversary of The Chemical Brothers and the 10th anniversary since Singles 93-03. I thought it would be interesting to consider what you think a track list to a hypothetical Singles 04-14 would/should look like.
Here is what I've come up with so far:
1. All Rights Reversed
2. Escape Velocity
3. Saturate
4. The Boxer
5. Don' Think
6. Burst Generator
7. A Modern Midnight Conversation
8. The Pills Won't Help You Now (Instrumental)
9. Believe
10. Hold Tight London
11. Horse Power
12. Swoon
I realize that some of these tracks aren't singles, and that I've preserved some great album segues, and that would not be how a 'Best Of' would really be. Let your imaginations loose! Show me what you think!

you mean: Plus 2 new "itunes exclusive" tracks
I think the next 'best of' CD album should actually be an EP of 2 new tracks, and then iTunes can release it with 10-12 tracks from the singles

I like a bonus disc idea more than another Singles compilation. There has already been the Singles and Brotherhood - the only way I'd be keen on another Singles compilation is if there was a bonus disc that had the rarer and hard to find trapped-behind-the-sofa tracks. And that's just to purchase, physically. Different topic all together but a physical release of another singles comp might not be a viable money making option 3 years down the road. Who knows... things have changed so much in just a couple of years.
mx/ I would hope the Chems aren't ready to release a career retrospective! Though for big fans it would be nice. But here's hoping they'll wait until their career spans at least more than 2 decades before doing something like that!

I wondered at the time why Brotherhood was released. With the Chems now being on (or distributing via) Parlophone Records was it something to do with the change of record labels that Tom and Ed used to distribute albums and singles? It reminds me of Noel Gallagher talking about Oasis quitting from Sony Music in 2006 - they agreed but Sony wanted a greatest hits-style compilation from them before they let them go...the result being Stop the Clocks.
Maybe it was something similar with the Chems, maybe they agreed to another compilation but said "yeah but we want a disc 2 as something for the fans".
