Radiohead - Idioteque (live)

I Might Be Wrong is a great EP. So many fantastic live renderings of tracks that don't easily translate to a full-band show.

I might have friends going down to Coachella. I'm so very choked I can't make it. I'll be jealous of them and I'd love to party with you, dude.

Chikinki - Like It Or Leave It

One of the better tunes from their very uneven debut disc. Some real crackers on it, but sales were crap and they got dropped from their label. Shame.

like idioteque or spinning plates
He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

Like Spinning Plates is AMAZING on that EP, it's better than the original I think (just about)

n.p: Freq Nasty - Freq'a'zoid

An almost house feel to this, very unusual for Freq Nasty

Muse - Stockholm Syndrome

Primal Scream - I'm Losing More Than I'll Ever Have

Two songs about love lost and mourned. They hit so hard right now, yet honestly, they couldn't be too much further from how I really feel. I just really love these songs that much. Sounds like denial but really these songs are just that good and I'm not pining.

Motor - Klunk

unbelievable heavy electronic album. It's like EBW 9 all the way through.

(ok that's overdoing it a bit)

Dido - Sand In My Shoes (Above and Beyond UV mix)

Sometimes you just need some nice, dreamy, pad-filled trance to provide some beats while you study without giving you a headache. Now is one of those times.

Above and Beyond Mixmag covermount from about 18 months ago is just the ticket. It's good home-listening trance. Would never want to hear this stuff in a club, but right now it's nice and relaxing.
