yeah tom and ed have hired me as there warm up act for their next uk tour, i will be singing a mixture of backstreet boys songs and nsync songs in a hope that all possible bottle throwers will use them on me instead of tom and ed. it is a dangerous job but some one has to do it

Coachella is the one decent ongoing music festival in the States, where the promotors actually put some thought into who they book. I've seen the Chems there 3 times and I'm looking foward to the 4th!

23 more days left, must be the hell for you all waiting so long, but when it is the time enjoy and have fun! I', a little envious!

Btw how much is such a festival in the us? For "Rock im Park" i had to pay about 110 ? . . .

i am not going there as i don't want to travel all through germany. however, RIP lineup is much better than this year's hurricane festival one but already got my ticket for that

Oh believe me, I go through little spurts where I'm bouncing off the walls in anticipation! I'm so looking foward to being at the festival again - lying on the grass listening to tunes, talking with friends, sipping on these yummy frozen lemonade thingies that taste so good when it's so hot outside... just taking it easy and enjoying the day. Last time I went I had the greatest time, the whole weekend is a great story. I'm excited about this year's Coachella, it will be an adventure meeting some of the forumites!

The Coachella fest seems to go up in price every year. In 1999 it was $50 per day, second year it was $60, 3rd year it was $70 and some change... It's a 2 day festival, and this year each day is $80 (not including TicketBastard service fees.) There are package deals for both days and you can purchase another more expensive package deal that's VIP - but I heard the VIP package isn't what it's cracked up to be.

You're so lucky, makes me really envious . . . only $80 and such a great festival, that's fucking spectacular. I wished i were you , however maybe i'll come to the us one day. May you all have a great time there...

Likewise! And, of course, it's your generosity with the floor of your hotel room that is helping to make this happen. I'm more than grateful and will make it up to you and 'stash in Indio.

Tomorrow I will hook up the bus arrangements. After that, I'll let you know my itinerary and we can sort things out.

When Temptation/Star Guitar drops, I will turn into a puddle of sweaty, dust-ridden, orgasmic goo in the middle of the desert. I was just listening to the Chile set and was imagining being there live..... Less than 22 days...

Cool deal! Glad we could help you out with sleeping arrangements. This is going to be so much fun, a big old Chems fest/slumber party - good thing I've arranged some time off work to recover. It seems with every Coachella trip 'stash and I take, it just keeps getting better and better and better. I can't even begin to fathom how much fun this is going to be!

I haven't been this excited about a show since... since the last time I saw the Chemical Brothers! I know it sounds cheesy but I can't stop listening to them. When I try and listen to something else I feel like I'm cheating on them! Scandalous! Anyway, I'm waiting for that moment, that "this is it!" moment where everything is right with the world. If I feel anything like how I did when I heard Temptation/Star Guitar at the last Coachella, you may have to scrape me off the tent ceiling...

I really mean it, stuff like this is the fountain of youth for me. I'm so giddy it makes me feel like a teenager all over again.

And the waiting. The pain of waiting is eased by coming here and letting it all out!

Jeanie, maybe one day you'll make it out to California. With all the travelling you're doing now, it wouldn't surprise me if that happened soon!

Now, coordinating all that with a Chems gig is another story...

yeah i could come to cailfornia but the thing is i cant just choose were i want to go , it's best if this season i am in paris , maybe summer season i can be in Japan...it depends on the season ... so it's is SOOOO hard to coordinate it with the chems , i was just really lucky with the brixton gigs....about Rockwerchter i'll probably know if i csn go one week before. That kinda sucks. Ah well!!!
