yeah ulrich is a good friend of mine. his kit is an apple g4 laptop with flowers on it, logic7, and synths!! he's not playing much as he is working on his new album. he is a really nice guy and an utter utter genius!

My guitar is an acoustic but has an electric pick-up. Sounds like it should be a lot fancier than it is but it's actually a piece of crap Ovation knock off I bought for $75 about 16 years ago. Being on a desert island, I might actually learn to play more than 5 chords.
As for keyboards, I think I'd just have to haul my piano to the island instead... Never having to worry about batteries or an electrical outlet is nice. Although pianos don't do too well when exposed to the elements.

oh :-// i didn't think of acoustic guitars... i have three and 2 of the electric ones. i just forgot the acoustic one as it needs new strings, for ages already, and has not been played for months.
