We've been listening to the Hanna OST a lot in the 3ev office the past few weeks. I can't get The Devil is in The Beats stuck out of my head.

I totally dig what I am hearing! I spammed up the soundcloud site last night with the teasers, Container Park and Devil Is In The Beats - and I'm thrilled to bits to have this streaming prior to release. What a wonderful thing to take my mind off work and the sad news about Japan for a bit, a little treat to head into the weekend. Yes, some of the songs are short but I figured there's some short compositions because it's a score. But it's a solid score all around I think, so lush in atmosphere it takes you to a different place. I hope the movie is as good as what I'm hearing. ;)


I agree—I feel really fortunate that this was put up right now. My brain feels mushy from doing a skill assessment test for a job that I really hope to get, the stuff in Japan is a bummer, and I just found out that one of my relatives is not in good health :cry:

SO! I'm really thankful that I have some new Chemical Brothers to listen to!
If I were to dare pick out favorites already, I would say:
Escape 700, The Devil is in the Details (and Beats), Bahnhof Rumble (awesome!), Car Chase (Arp Worship), Interrogation Lonesome Subway, Hanna vs. Marissa (I can hear the bird-tweet symbol!), Escape Wavefold, Container Park (still incredible!), and Hanna's Theme (vocal version).
So, basically all of the songs :mrgreen:

Bah, it was totally worth it. Plus I didn't listen to it in order and I saved a lot of the songs for the offical release, so when I hear the whole thing on March 15 it's gonna be a proper album go. :cool:

14th sounds like the European release date. been checking itunes this evening but cant see anything about hanna soundtrack yet, no pre order. itunes will do all right outta me tomorrow with the screamadelica 20 anniversary special edition coming out tomorrow as well.

Just discovered that Saoirse Ronan and Romola Garai played in the same movie, called "Atonement" ! In fact they played the same character (Ronan at the age of 13 and Garai at the age of 18), what a nice coincidence that both were featured in a Chemical film ! :mrgreen:

I just did an iPod restore to get a fresh 4.3, and I wanted to add Hanna OST at the same time, but it is not out yet. What is the deal? Did daylight savings time mess up Apple once again :roll:

hah! I've had this one shipped out to me last week, as veeeery much limited white blablablablabla edition. probably signed by the band also. cannot remember but I was quite quick so might have been one of the first 100.
