cbk, why the long face? No biggie if you ditch the forum, you've got us here, plus you've created a whole site that's a tribute to the Chemical Brothers to make up for the lack of a forum. I'd say if there's no traffic on it now, then there's the chance that there never may be especially with this official one up and running and getting regular traffic. What you could do instead of a forum is maybe have a guestbook/place for comments for people to sign who've stopped by at your site. That way you won't have to worry about keeping up with a forum, modding it, or worrying about lack of traffic that may turn off people who do post there.



Other than that, you did a nice job on your site. I liked the color scheme, it's nice and clean and mellow on the eyes. It's a decent fan site with lots of potential and you should be proud that you did a good job. The navigation, well... it could use some work. I don't care for how the bottom and top bars on my computer screen disappear when I enter the site - it disrupts the flow and I like to try and multitask when I'm online, so this hinders it. Not a huge problem, I'm just being nitpicky. My biggest gripe is those pop-ups. They are incredibly annoying. Anytime I try to navigate through the site I get a pop-up even if I leave the window open. I can tell you right now that if I was just passing by casually, I wouldn't have bothered to check out what you have on the site because of the popups because they totally disrupt the ease of use. This imo is something you don't want to have that will turn off people from your site. I don't know what you can do about that, or if it's something completely beyond your control - but if you can manage to keep the pop-ups to a minimum (they only appear when you first log onto the entry page) then I'd say you're in business.

Thanx whirlygirl for the advise, i should consider to add a guestboook because is more easy to use. The popups is annoying but my server is free (freeservers), if somebody want to host my site but i cant pay but i can help in something in the site of a good person that host my site :)

Do you not have browsers with pop-up blocking? I didn't even know it had pop-ups..

If i use an antipopup i never see the popupz but the people that dont have anti popup can see it. :'( :'( :'(
