Quiet night in with the girlfriend?
As much as I might want to opt for swallowing pills, bonging beers, and hitting the pipe on the biggest party night of the year (whether in London or Winnipeg), spending a 3rd NYE out of the past 4 apart from her isn't likely to go down too well......
Getting laid would be a nice NYE treat though.

i got no fuckin' idea how we're gonna afford that.
I might have to sell my tender ass-sphincter on the street for ticket money.
If tom and ed cared about my ass at all, they'd get Astralwerks to buy us tickets.
You can do that, I'll start playing the lottery. Things are looking grim for New Year's financially. Flights for the family at that time of year plus the expense of simply being in London on a weak American dollar... I don't even like to think about it because it's just too damn depressing.
But with a new Chem Gems on the way, I'm sure there will be some live action in the UK - I'd love to see them in the musical motherland. Travelling to the UK at other times of the year would be more feasible for us as a family.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

*wink wink* Mr. Graham McWinkie Wink!!
Flights for 3 are more expensive the nearer the time to take off. Right now they are roughly at $700 per person... and we'd need a nanny (unless Fabric has a chillout corner for 8 years olds, and travelling without our son is not an option this time around!). I'm hoping if we could make it, our lodgings are taken care of...
I am out of musical instruments to pawn, but there is some jewelry... no no no! Can't!
