In the tent?
Hmmm. Going by last time I saw them do a dj set at Coachella, it was in one of the tents.
The last couple of times they played a live set they were on the main stage. At this point I don't know... I would think they'd have a live set for Coachella, and it would be out in the open not in the confines of a tent...

Flaming Dead, Coachella is an all ages event, people from very young to old are there. You being 13 - you wouldn't feel out of place, everyone is cool and relaxed and just out to have a chill weekend.
TRCC, Coachella is one of the best festivals the US has to offer. Actually, it's the only one that is, imo still relevant in terms of music we like and know. And I'm glad the event organizers, Goldenvoice are still going strong. The scenery's lovely, the grounds are sprawling and clean yet easy to navigate, the food is good, the water is reasonably priced, sound is great even in the sweaty dance tents, there's all sorts of great bands that play, and overall the vibe is top notch! My only gripes are the intense desert heat - but that's beyond anyone's control - and the event is shut down promptly at midnight and not a minute later.
imo totally worth the journey! But if you're going to go, you need to book a hotel immediately. There is no camping on the premises. There's a campground not too far from the venue but from what I've seen of it, it's very dusty and you can't expect to get a wink of sleep - people are up playing music and some even drag out their dj equipment, so yeah it's pretty loud. A hotel is the best bet but they fill up quickly. One year we booked a hotel at the last minute, and wound up staying at a motel 30 minutes away from the venue. Driving back to that hotel after spending all day in the heat, plus a good 2 hours getting out of the parking lot at the end of the day plus finding our way to the highway was not a lot of fun - nevermind the idiots who are out there driving under the influence.

I would have expected noting less from u whirly :-)
I would have written a review on melbourne big day out but it would sound something like this:
"And then i went WOOOOO!!!! and then i went: "OH my god OH my god" and then Tom opened his mouth and ed put his hand in the air and then i went "AAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGHHHHH" and then i started crying again and i went "OooooooHHHHHHHH" and i blubbered a little more and then i screamed again and then Believe came on and thats when i REALLY went nuts......"
I prefer to spare you the gory details.
