Uhh, i went mad finding some information about the relation of chems Morning Lemon and Renegade Soundwave's Thunder track. So can please somebody (Tom? Ed?) tell me whether it's their own thing or whether they sampled it? Because in the booklet its just said it has been recorded in 1996 (original version) whithout any hints on sample source as usual.

This question is driving me crazy since i've listened to this sample on Ishkur electro guide (under funky breaks) somebody posted here quite a while ago. I heard it there and said "no, that can't be true". Anybody a hunch? (please don't smack me up if this has been discussed already . . .)

Yeah, I think Ishkur has mis-labelled the track as that's certainly Morning Lemon on there. There are a few other mis-labellings on that site too.



Anyone actually have Renegade Soundwave - Thunder to dispel any rumours?

I was downloading a short sample of that song on emule, but it sounded the same so that i assume it was also mislabled...

Yeah, Thunder sounds absolutely nothing like Morning Lemon. Simple mislabelling.



That Renegade Soundwave album (Soundclash) is pretty cool, although sounds extremely dated.
