He will also release a Chaos Theory remix album this year.
EDIT : it has been officially announced on both Amon Tobin and Ninja Tune websites, and there's a preview on soundcloud :

When I first read the title, I thought it said "Islam." Well, that would have been unusual. Somehow, ISAM seems more "normal."
No it's ISAM in capital letters. It's probably a reference to that :

I wont be buying the Splinter Cell 3D Remix album as I didn't fall in love with the previews.
It's just a 1mn30 preview, probably some kind of medley. It sounds good.

The ISAM preview was pretty cool. I wonder if this is how the album starts out, or perhaps it is from some other song off the album.

On Facebook, King Cannibal explained that since the masters were losts, they didn't have separate tracks to work with. Only the different channels from the 5.1 version of the tracks. And since it was for a game OST, they had to remain "calm" and not put crazy drums everywhere, so yeah it's kinda disapointing in the end... That said, the Lorn remixes are very cool, especially Hokkaido. They're my favourites on the album. And the new original track (Breaking Protocol) is nice too, it sounds like unused material that he recorded back then, used and transformed with his modern techniques, that you can hear on his latest work or on Two Fingers tracks.

It is fuckin dense like Iridium and fills the room with 100% Radon. I love it. You should play the game Chaos Theory as it is a score for the game, but it does stand tall on its own - it's my favourite Tobin album.
Wagon Christ is great, he's got a new album.

i can also recommend the Ninja Tune Retrospective double CD. it's not expansive and is a nice introduction to ninja tune. you can also buy king kannibals mix which includes over 200 ninja tune tracks for 4 pounds or something like that.

i was listening to Foley Room and thinking it was too dense? I´ll try with Splinter Cell, sounds intriguing.
Supermodified is Amon Tobin's most accessible album in my opinion.

What sort of keyboard is Amon using?
Haken Continuum Fingerboard. Reeeaaaaally expensive.
I'm sure Tom and Ed would have a lot of fun with one of these (if they don't already)
