Aww, regarding Pumisher's link to the little stoned kid after the dentist visit.

I saw that on the news when I was flipping channels a couple of days ago.

My son had oral surgery a couple of years ago to remove a tooth that was growing out of the roof of his mouth and when he came to in the doctor's office, he kept babbling away about Star Wars, talking in non-sequitors and asking "Is this real? Why am I feeling this way? It doesn't hurt, I just feel weird." I knew he'd be all right, but it was a little scary to see my little boy acting so doped up. He was in the post-op recovery for about a half hour til the head lolling and weird babble subsided. I really think the boy in that video was too doped up to have left the detist's. He couldn't even keep his head up! I wonder how steady on his feet this poor child was or if he had to be carried to the car. Shame on the dentist and staff that let him go home in such a state!
