"What kind of drink can I get ya?"

I'd probably forget to ask them anything pertinent unless it came up in conversation. I'd hate to drill them for answers, I always feel like I am imposing by asking - it's a weird security issue hang up I have and it makes me feel all dorky and shy, which is probably how I'd come across anyway! :P I would just hope if I ever got a chance to meet them, then the conversation would flow like how it does when you start talking with friends or any other person you meet.

What were your most memorable moments from your live DJ sets (good or bad)?

(Every DJ remembers that one perfect mix or that time the power cut out...)

OR

I'd second the questions about the new DJ mix CD and live DVD.

Jeanie, wow, what a funny story! I can just picture you now, but we've all been there haven't we, why do these moments you wait all your life for come along when you least expect it, and (no pun intended) are heavily under the influence!!

They are very genuine guys, I would love to be their tea boy for the day in the studio, though I'd probably end up pressing buttons and messing about! Imagine winning a day in the studio with Tom n Ed!I'd love to be a fly for a day, just so I could get in there and (no pun intended) be a fly on the wall!

Oh my god, it's only 9pm and I think I need to go to bed!!!

My life is a boat, being blown by you. With nothing ahead, just the deepest blue... To me you're like a setting sun. You rise then you're gone.

i don't think it would fit their style to do just a live dvd.

I would ask if they are going to do a tour in the US. (But that might be answered somewhere).

My second question is what is their favorite song that they have made.

yea, chemfire, they have promised dates in the states for about 2, if not 3 months now... but nothing in stone yet.

check out their myspace page, as it has pretty up to date info: http://www.myspace.c...hemicalbrothers

If I had to guess, I would say November.... or so, but I hope not.

I'd like to know what music do they hear these days.

Also if they every "trip" on their own music - hehe - that'd be weird, but interesting if they do. I remember an interview where Tom says they were in the studio once hearing the reel (I'm suspecting under some influence) and for sometime they totally lost touch with the fact that it was something "they" had created. I'm guessing that must be an amazing moment for a musician. To lose u'rself in u'r own creation's beauty.

I would ask them if its really true that they did a remix of "Begging You" by the Stone Roses, that was pulled when the band started to implode and if they did was it any good? I love that track and although it was early days for the Chems I bet it would have been tip top.

Can I have your Octave Kitten please? :D

@Jeanie: the best time to have a chat with a celeb/hero of yours is when you're spangled imo. I tend to meet quite a few famous DJs and the like at clubs when I'm spangled and I generally end up giving them a hug and a kiss, nevermind the small talk! Spanglism FTW lol

I would ask:

"Could you please go through every track you've ever made and tell me what synth made what sound, the production techniques used, and where all the samples came from, especially the drums? Take your time."
