Chilled is what a bottle of wine would become if you put it in the fridge for an hour or so. Eg: The wine is now chilled.
Buzzing is what bees do when they are flying around. Eg: That bee keeps buzzing around me.

In terms of legal substances, chilled is how you feel after a couple of beers, buzzing is how you feel after, like, 5 espressos.
