nooooooooooooooooooo if true

but it looks untrue?

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.

I've read somewhere that he moves from 7pm to 9pm...

It's the last Thursday show. He's still doing Fridays at 2100 til 2300, Annie Mac takes on 1900 til 2100.

There's probably a press release on the Radio 1 website - one of their usual reshuffles.

You know, it would be really sad if Pete Tong threw in the towel.

For as much as people complain when he talks over the beginning and/or end on a new Chems track he's premiering for the first time ever - it *is* tradition, really.

It's good to see he's at it and there's no plans of him retiring.

They have given Radio 1 a 'shake up' and terminataed or moved the old DJ's to make way for new fresh, street twats who can't string together a sentence using the English language.

I kind of like Annie Mac's show. I can't say I really ever listen to it, but that one episode where she played the Chem's EBW minimix had so many good tracks which I've greatly enjoyed. I can't imagine her shows are much worse in general.

I liked Annie Mac and Annie Nightingale, but my favourite was Mary-Anne Hobbs. I talk in the past tense because I don't listen to the radio anymore, not since John Peel died :(

Does anyone care for Groove Armada anymore? After Hello Country, Goodbye Nightclub they started making some really mediocre music.

I would argue that Lovebox did have its highlights. But after that it just went splat for them. I think it was when they tried to get away from the chill out stereotype that they lost it.

I still like their Essential mix from the Lovebox era. It had a sweet transition into 'Here comes the sun' and a killer Maurice Fulton track at the end.
