Well, can you think of another Chems tune that has better drums, except for Elektrobank?

Why not!

HCD can also be a b-side, even a transition on push the button.

like the beats of base 6 on iba/galaxy bounce.

I sure hope so! Something tells me that there'll be quite a few new tracks that will have me thinking "man these drums are awesome, could this have come from HCD?" :)

Bahahaha! Nah, that'd be Here Come The Bongos. ;-) I would have thought that HCTD would be more akin to the end of "Freak of the Week" or that reworking of "Song to the Siren" in the recent Chile set.

Anywho, back to PTB.... How cool is this! The 3 tracks off the album we've heard are ace tracks and there's still 8 we haven't heard yet!

(!) (!) (!)

With this kind of anticipation, who needs caffeine? :-D

i really do not think, here come the drums = afrika. i remember having read an interview for singles release and tom's been asked if hctd was every goin' to be releases. he answered they'd still be workin' on it.

don't think they'd throw away a tune after workin on it for so long. as well, they should know, how much people wait for this one. so, if it was on the album, they would have mentioned it (e.g. "marvo ging" is long-awaited here come the drums ;-) )
love is all.

I was thinking earlier today about EBW7, and how it's not on the new album. I reckon it's a similar sort of deal to EBW6. Think about it, they play EBW6 live, and it was released as a b-side, but it's known as Hoops on the album (in one form or another). I think EBW7 could be the same - the play that version live, it's released as a b-side, maybe it is on the album in another form and name?

I think EBW7 is to minimilistic for an album track.

Yeah, but so was EBW6.

And EBW6 was remixed into Hoops for the album (or whichever order you want, it's not important)
