Shit guys, calm down. The main reason the chems would release a prerelease mp3 is for the fans that can't wait to hear something new - they're doing it for us.



I'll be buying this download for sure, and if the song rocks (which it most likely will) I'll buy the official 12" too. I'd much prefer to hear a good quality mp3 of it than a crappy bootleg bbc internet radio version...

i will get myself a promo copy AND buy the official releases as well. i can wait. that's part of being a mega-fan as well. just remember the times when there was no internet available - fans HAD to wait :?

I dunno, I guess I'm just tired of reading the posts where every second one is complaining about something. First the artwork, then the e-card and now the mp3 prerelease.... I wanna get excited about this new stuff coming up, not read about what people hate about it. [by the way, that wasn't directed at you or anyone in particular...]

I don't see what your problem is Afroman. If people don't like something they will say so, that's the way things work.

the single is a unbelieveable song so waiting is worth it.

but let me explain: if u live somewhere in the middle of nowhere, without credit card and good radio stations, a download is fine X-D

There are some services where you can pay for an mp3 download via SMS (sending a text message). Maybe this will be a feature from emi?



I don't hate mp3s, I don't hate the artwork either. With the mp3 pre-release I would rather just save my money for the full release, others may want a high quality version of the song sooner and that's fine. The artwork is quite different too, I'm still not to sure if this will be on the cover but we shall wait and see. That's one of the good things about music, the freedom to think and choose what you want 8) .

Thing is people have been looking forward to this album for a long time, even though the chemical brothers album turnround is pretty quick. its a shame the album wasn't ready for the summer as originally planed, but the release is not far off now. but afro is right. every bit of news that we here seems to end in whinging at the mo. some is justified as personal opinion, but some people all ways want to look from a negative perspective. sort it out people, the good times are just around the corner!!!

right now after all i really dont care very much the artwork, i want to listen GOOD MUSIC. and i�m sure this album is gonna be their best album.

after 3 long years, i have 8O 15 years when they realese CWU now i have 18.

so the promos are either being released at the moment or in the next week must keep my eye out for them in local shops.

artists always say their current record is their best one. i just HOPE that it is but how can you be sure by now??? :-?

This is a time where negativity is ok, when the album is released I expect there will be a great amount of positivity.
