Hey scales. I got them made on a site called www.zazzle.com They let you customize pretty much everything. For the design they have a really cool 'shoe designer' tool that lets you upload and position images. All i did was just use the brotherhood cover for every panel. And from memory i don't think they worked out too expensive.
