Logic is the writing king!! I got lucky about a year and a half or two years ago: Apple slipped up, posting it in their online store for $399 for a small bit of time, so I nabbed it. This piece of software though is absolutely excellent; it gives you complete control of EVERYTHING.

Afro88 Escribi:

You probably already know this, but if you hit ctrl++ (ctrl and plus key on the numpad) in the pattern editor you can get more note tracks, so you can sequence chords and stuff 8)

I used to use Buzz, then got into the dark side of pirated software, until last year when I bought a new soundcard that came with Cubase SL3. Also bought Ableton a few months ago too :)

Thanks man. It's just that when I use chords in Buzz it all slows down because of my shitty PC - I don't even have a soundcard, I got motherboard sound! :) X-D

Eventually I will branch out. :-//

Anyone listen to Hellogoodbye here? Well, I realized a day after hearing EBW8 that their Here (in Your Arms) really matches up well. Anyways, heres a little experiment but I really need the non-existent Acapella of Here before it would work:

The Chemical Brothers vs. Hellogoodbye--Here (EBW 8 version concept)

:x Ignore how busy it gets... I only spent 5 minutes on this with no acapella and am wondering more if the conept would work with it

Hmm. The first couple of seconds it was quite fun, those acid noises and the dirty bassline but then it became too repititve and boring. I assume it's really a test version. The final one needs more action in it.

Btw, what's rebirth musically?

Rebirth is old software written by a company called Propellerheads (no relation to the band)

It's widely regarded as the best emulations of the TB-303, TR-808 and the TR-909. It's alright, but it's a pain to program it. Unless you ReWire to something

It is repetitive because like Csar said, it's a pain to program... I just had fun twiddling to make aciiiiiid noise, it's not gonna be a track at all :)

I did that today, it's not finished yet :
