Steinberg ReCycle
Propellerheads Reason 2.5
Syntrillium Cool Edit Pro 2.0
every now and then:
Sonic Foundry Acid 3.0
Cubase Sonar 2
My own music is minimal electronic style. Weird stuff. I will upload one of my tracks later this week. I used to play around with other people's stuff, remixing tracks, but I do no longer at the moment.
DJ Kuta and me compiled a CD of KLF remixes of various genres. There was a limited run of 100 copies and we received a great feedback. 8)
Now I am working on my first own album.

I use the same exact programs...all very good. Lately, I have been messing around with Nuendo. It is still very buggy with Rewire though. I also got an RM1X which I am still learning to use. The Sample banks on this thing are incredible. What I really want is an old school Akai sampler...or a vintage synth like the 303.

(Check first page for list of equipment, though it is updated now: faster processor w/another 40GB HD, new synth/processing hardware. The photo links are dead now.)
My cousins Nicholas & Connor (they are brothers) and myself are working on an album. Our "band" is currently titled "gatohoma". Its not genre-bound - we all pretty much just sit around listening to music with Logic running, all the equipment on, playing instruments (synths, guitars, drums, etc). When we get a good tune down, we record it. We put things together and get certain sounds that seem impossible otherwise. So far all our beats have been live drumming, filtered/tweaked to get cool sounds out of it. The Juno 106 makes a nice warm bass when we need added punch to a bass drum without a loss of quality. Layering an acoustic guitar over this sounds like a Moog synthesizer. Layering vocals can get funky. Oh yeah, and half the time, I'm trying to mix down the audio nicely while Connor fiddles on the guitar and Nicholas learns the drums.
Keep some of my sound-layering ideas in mind to try to figure out what weres, and etc. They were trial and error ;)

He put on a turn-down collar, a black bow, and wore his Sunday tail-coat. As such, he looked spruce, and what his clothes would not do, his instinct for making the most of his good looks would.
