You gotta love a band that makes great tunes and names them "Clint Eastwood" and "Dirty Harry"! Gorillaz = 8) .

or "Kids with Guns" X-D

Ive been a fan since the debut album release. Suprisingly 'clint eastwood' (their big single off that album) was -- in my opinion -- my least favorite track on the album (but i loved the whole album so, thats not saying much) In other words, I think a lot of people have been left with only 'clint eastwood' as their impression of what the gorillaz are, but if you truly give their (now, two) full lenghts a listen, it truly goes to show how genre-defying and magnificent this "band" really is. In essence, I guess its more of a project than a band. I think that this album, demon days, is slightly more of a cohesive work that demands a listen through of the WHOLE thing. It's definately an album experience, not so much a bunch of good song's with a single tossed in every few tracks like the last album. In short... much love to the Gorillaz

Well, you could've called me at work and pretended to be a customer who wanted to know what the record store employee thought of the Gorillaz.

Then we could've talked dirty, and my coworkers could've given me funny looks.

Hey, if you can't hit on a dick-driller's wife over the internet anymore, let me wonder where the world's going.

You sound agitated. Maybe you need to take a lil nap.

yes yes I was just kidding... although I had a really vivid dream last night that some asshole told me that whirly was cheating on me with him, and I said he was lying, so I tied him to a chair and pressed his face against the top of an electric stove until he admitted he was lying.

Now let's get back to topic everyone =P

I really like their new album, Demon Days. My favourite song of the album is probably Feel good Inc. I really like their musical style, there is so much going on, many different sounds and effects (like the chemicals but in a very different way). Buti think that their artistic style feel a bit outdated, even tough i like the concept.

Well, what can I say? They're beyond weird. They've had some good songs over the years, though. Clint Eastwood, 19-2000 as well as their latest hit Feel Good Inc comes to mind.
