I was watching TV yesterday and an advert for the England V Wales match came on (on BBC 2). However, the strange thing to me is that the background music, which is a bit hard to listen to, sounds to me a lot like the 'underwater song'. In the summer the BBC showed a very brief bit of footage of the duo performing this at Glastonbury so that's why I feel I recognise the music. It sounded like Star Guitar but with more ethereal 'synthy' music. I could be wrong but maybe anyone who's heard both the song and seen the advert could verify. :-? :?

haven't heard it myself, but it is possible!!
i remember those guiness adverts that used leftfield - phat planet. no one new what the music was, but everyone loved it. and leftfield's rhythm and stealth was still a few month off. i think even leftfield didn't know phat planet had been used in the advert until they saw it on the telly!!
i'll have to keep an eye on bbc for this advert. prime time might be before the snooker on bbc 2 or before question of sport on friday.
