There's this guy who works in my building, an attorney, runs a life insurance company. Normally, I wouldn't talk to that kind of scum, but he's a fellow smoker, so we chat.



He said that his company uses an email spammer to advertise. The majority of their sales come from this guy, who sends out a couple hundred thousand a day, and they get about 8 call backs per week. He also said that the people who respond will basicly buy anything, and it's their most lucrative marketing.
