And we have arrived........ Good flight over, caught some sleep, internal clock says A-OK so far. Hostel is decent and I'm going to go look for Jeanie's hotel in a few minutes because it's like a block away just so I know where she can be found.
So far, so good. Going to catch Fulham-Aston Villa tonight if things work out. Can't wait for the weekend.

yeh, i only live an hour away and i kind of miss it.
im seriously considering either doing my last year of college there of moving there after a few years in brighton. its just buzzin' - like nowhere else in the uk.

Day One was a success. Got acclimatised and did some window shopping along Oxford St and Tottenham Court Road and found me a couple pubs to get some drinking done in.
Then I eventually made my way over to SW6 and Craven Cottage. After finding myself chanting anti-Birmingham City songs with a bunch of Villa supporters, I got into the ground and was seating in the 'neutral' section with mostly Fulham fans. The game was an entertaining 3-3 draw and though it was freaking cold out, it was an absolute blast.
I didn't feel like sleeping yet so I just went randomly wandering in Soho sometime after midnight and got myself thoroughly lost. I was too lazy to pull out my map so I just kept circling and circling till I found my way back :D
Went to bed a little after 1 and got a solid night sleep. One of the girls in my room is apparently a Chems fan and her eyes brightened up when I told her about Turnmills. Suggested she try to get tix from the box office, so, you never know.
Anyways, off to get some sightseeing done before the weekend degenerates this trip into a mong-fest. X-D
