Oh yeah and about that led tube, it's very nice, but it's sometimes a bit empty. I wish there was the old Galvanize visuals behind with the tube. And when they go in spiral and all, during Hoops for example, it looks awesome

I think it's great they're not showing everything off at the beginning. Most of the attendants, especially at festivals are first-goers. They don't even know that CHems have a giant screen. It starts with Galvanize and they say: 'whhoo Nice light tube!'. They are already amazed. If that wasn't enough, Do it Again breaks in with its giant dancers on the big screen and they're like 'holy shit!!!'. I think that magnifies the effect and it was their intention. Great.

First, catching everybody was a nightmare. I didnt see bloke or wincent. I didnt even know innerwatch was coming (any chance it was you who asked us in english where the zenith was when we were on the stairs before the show ?).

Sorry I couldn't meet you guys. I came directly from work and arrived at 8 PM at Le Zénith.
Then after the concert I had to run to catch the last train to the suburbs.

About the setlist : only one song from WATN ? Burst Generator was effective during WATN tour.

And now that Don't Think visuals are on Youtube, it's time to look for Superflash.

About visuals, ive never liked any hbhg visuals more than the old ones with those shaking "hey" "boy" "hey" "girl". Bring them back too !

I don't 'dig' the new visuals either.
But, we do have almost perfect setlist! What's more a fan can want?
You're never too retarded to RAVE!!!

I actually think those new HBHG visuals are the best ones yet. I was watchin that HBHG video like 30 times yesterday and couldn't believe my eyes! They fit so great.

@Wincent: There's actually two WATN tracks.

The setlist is perfect. Can't wait for a nearby show.

My mistake, I forgot Saturate but it was short.

Well, some mixed feelings here!

I have been waiting for this for 6 month, and it's already over!

(The djset before the chems was kinda boring, and WAY TOO long, 1h30? I don't think many people enjoyed it... It didn't really help me to be in the good state of mind. What about a real supporting act, or just nothing? Some cool music selected by tom and ed?).

First of all, the led tube...it's a really nice addition, it works really great, lots of pattern. Good job!

They had a few problems with tomorrow never knows, it seems like the song didn't want to stop ^^

I'm not a big fan of DIA. But it does its job.

I wish horse power was longer, especially just before the beat went crazy, I mean a la Believe.

Swoon was weird, not as powerful as usual, and badly placed right after chemical beats. I didn't hear the main synth very well.

Star guitar was amazing, I love the way it was introduced! Is it new?

Then HBHG...Don't think, both work great together...people were jumping all over the place. Did they play this freakin' bass + infrabass at the begining of don't think? Couldn't hear it well.

Out of control, setting sun, it doesn't matter, saturate believe. What else?

I was kinda disappointed with super flash, it sounds way too easy for the chems. Wtf with those fruit visuals? They don't match the song at all...The transition to the children clown was too brutal in my opinion.

Snow into surface to air works greaaaat, though snow was sounding weird, I mean compared to what I have heard at the roundhouse.

I don't agree with Ben_j, I loved the way they dropped Hoops!!! I wasn't expecting this at all.

and finally TPPR, great but sounded a bit weird, I didn't enjoy the visuals that much.

A really nice encore!

And love is all on the led tube!

I would have loved to hear dissolve and another world or Wonder of the deep instead of do it again and Swoon. Plus I don't like all the people that come with swoon (young blonde girl -_-°)

People were great and were dancing all over the place! Ed and Tom enjoyed the show a lot! The sound was great, a bit loud!

I tried to post my video of Super Flash with my cellphone on youtube but apparently it didn't work...it's charging now, so I'll try again (but with my computer) later.

A few more precisions about the samples from other tracks :

The "Surrender to the void" sample from Tomorrow Never Knows was played during Galvanize but I think it was an error.
Another World wasn't played but there was a short sample from it at the beginning of Do It Again.
The transition from Star Guitar to Hey Boy Hey Girl was made with the beats and aci line from Three Little Birdies Down Beats but the acid line was so distorded that I didn't recognize the track and thought that was a new element. By the way I'm still wondering if it actually was the acid line from Three little or a new one.
There was the siren from Snooprah at the end of HBHG
There were a few samples form It Began In Afrika (like the panther scream for example) in Out Of Control and Setting Sun.
There was the distorted sounds at the beginning of Escape Velocity, that you seem to call "Italian Siren" (I don't remember the name or the artist of the track).
There was a sample from Piku (the "aaaaaaaaah" vocal) during Leave Home.
There was the "come on you on this rock" vocal from their remix of Primal Scream's Jailbird between Leave Home and Block Rockin' Beats. I think there also were the beats from Song To The Siren (actually God OD by Meat Beat Maniifesto) at the same moment but I'm no sure.

I think that's all.
By the way I found Hoops/EBW 6 brilliant but I'm astounded that people didn't move on that one.

Bad news : Chemicalmat lost his iPhone

I agree, the DJ set before the Chems was VERY long (I would say more than 2 hours actually, I arrived early). The last half hour wasn't needed that much, and as the crowd was starting to show signs of impatience and weariness, it eventuallty felt like a pain in the :!: . And I only recognized only two tracks because I suck like that — which adds to the frustration.

Sorry guys I didn't look for you out there, I was with some friends and I'm a supershy bastard.

Another thought/remark to Tom and Ed : please, please stop using that horrible flanger you started using in the 2010 tour (the one you use on the snare roll on Hoops for example)

Ok i know i've been living under a rock for the past months...but...

Superflash ?!?

Is this a new track? Or something for the tour?! because it's sick!!
It's so dark, and really nice rolling techno beats (the way i like it!)
This is a FANTASTIC tune man!! It's so.................DARK! I go to a lot of techno parties in Holland where they only play tracks like this, where the beat is like a train boofkaboofkaboofka. You know?!

Somebody fill me in on the latest scoop. How can i not know of this sick track?!
