or The Knife, which may be the weirdest use of voices in popular music right now: they alter them to switch genders, make strange sounds....very creepy.

yep, but the latest knife album, in collaboration with mt sims and planningtorock is jsut a very big pain in the bum apart from a handful of interesting pieces.

Well it's a soundtrack for an opera. They were a bit limited. Coloring of Pigeons was cool though.

its chems so i guess it doesnt count, but the transition from swoon to star guitar in the glasto '11 set is... breathtaking ...though in fairness i was a very good mood when i heard it :cool:

I agree, hunted by a freak is truly fantastic but not THE best mogwai song, but defo amongst their best.
