Moomin is not anime...It's a bunch of books for children, written by Tove Jansson. Very famous here in Scandinavia.

A TV series has also been made....

Oh man, I have two moomin figurines - sitting by my kitchen sink next to my small Homie collection. A friend of mine went to Norway and came back with a bunch of Scandanavian chocolates and gummies. Those little moomins are packaged right in with the candy.

I think they're cute!

Ahhahahhahahaaaaaaaaaa! X-D X-D X-D

I didn't know this "Moomin" or "Muumit" as we say here was this popular worldwide. But I bet you are interested to know one thing about these characters. You have heard about some people banning Spongebob (or whatever) because the main characters sexual preferences are a little unclear, right? I think this Moomin stuff might get banned pretty quickly by the same people. One of the more 'normal' characters is a male gardener who likes to wear violet dresses and has an 'obsession' with his plants (if I remember correctly).

About Spongebob... I mean really. Don't people have anything better to do? There was a flap about Tinky Winky from the Teletubbies too.

I think if you look hard enough, you'll find what what you want to see. It seems to work for these obvious homophobes.

About those Moomin creatures. I have to say, a gender bending gardner wearing a violet dress who has a sort of love affair with his plants is kinky at best! I'd have to see this for myself, of course!

Teletubbies definitely are evil in that they make parents go completely insane.

My son was just old enough/young enough to "appreciate" the Tubbies when they were at their prime. Thank god that phase only lasted about a month and a half or I would've been committed to an insane asylum.

how was the gig ? please don't respond by just saying it was cool and great visuals ;-) ;-) . We know that already 8) I mean how do the new tracks sound live? Anything different from the album version ?

you prolly are in a state of trance right after a great night. Take some rest, think about me and chems ofcourse and please right a review or post some pics because most of us don't have the honour to see the greatest band in the world live. :'(
