2007 was a fantastic year for me. If not one of my best!

Met a ton of great people (many from this message board)

Saw some incredible shows. (Finally got to see the Chems!)

Flew all around the country a few times.

Oh yeah, and I Met Tom and Ed!!!!

Again, Happy New Years everyone!!!

I'm not completely drunk yet, nor have I been molested by any neighbors so I haven't properly rung in the new year. Still a few hours til the ball drops.

Bye bye 2007. Such a great year, meeting new people, getting to see my favorite band playing my favorite songs. Life's pretty good but I am a little sad to put the year behind me. I'm gonna miss ya 2007.

Happy New Year everyone!!

Yeah 2007 was definately a good year for me...an amazing holiday to Greenland back in April (and what an incredible place it is)...going to watch the FA Vase final at the new Wembley Stadium in May...Live shows - Daft Punk (again), Air and another Chems live show...watching my beloved local team beat a Manchester United protest club at their ground (not Old Trafford but Bury FC) in front of 2200 fans...and on a personal note recovering from a long battle with depression.

Let's see how 2008 goes then!

Happy new year all, try sending out txt's last night but my phone was having none of it! Should be in bed right now by all rights, but I've got work tomorrow so can't afford the buggered body clock. Just gotta power through the day (can't complain too much, it was self-inflicted)

Hope everyone had a good one, and hope to see you guys at some point this year!

That was a really good night. We managed to get on a James Bond Party. Still a little bit tired.

Hope the new year will be even better than the previous one and maybe I will catch some of the forumites in august. Can't wait for at least the Berlin gig to come! Is there any possibility to fast foward the year???

Happy 2008! The festivities haven't truly begun for me yet, but last night was pretty fun. Spent it playing the Wii (I couldn't avoid it) and drinking sissy Smirnoff Ice. (First year drinking for the new year, I had to start somewhere.) Had two bottles and barely felt anything - guess I'm not a cheap date. ;)

But today is when we get to burn things to ring in the new and burn out the old. Should be a blast.

@ Joslyn: I'm insanely jealous! An ace beginning to 2008!

My end to 2007 wasn't amazing. It was good, but not amazing. Saw some crap music, but had a really good time with my girlfriend and friends.

Resolutions? Well, not to sound completely lame, but ever since I was a little kid, I had this image of what I would be like when I got to around the age I am today. Resolution is to try harder to be that person I know I am deep down.

See? Lame. XP

I have no New Year's resolutions. I stopped trying for New Year's resolutions years ago because the resolutions never seemed to stick. Not to sound bleak but seriously, how many people actually stick to their New Year's resolutions? Resolutions, goals, objectives and what have you are there for the taking on 364 other days.

I always thought the same, as the resolutions never seemed to work. But last year I realized exactly what whirly just said: you have to work hard the other days of the year to get what you want. And to my surprise, it actually worked: I basically was able to do all the things I wanted.

2008 will be a great year for us, I'm sure of it!
