Yup, that it is! Well, I predict, when they're touring at the beginning of march this year they'll probably stop by some more times in Paris which could be a little cheaper. 50 € are a shit load of money. Not even the London chems gig was that expensive.
Btw, there are several new live vids out on youtube:
I particularly like this one: http://www.youtube.c...feature=related

This chase status remix is so la la. Nothing special imo. But I've got a remix from another forum http://www.sendspace.com/file/n4r1kb which I think is really good.

If I'm not misguided by this video comment http://www.youtube.c...feature=related ,"Omen" will be played on Radio 1 tonight at 7 pm. Hope it's true.
EDIT: Prodigy at TAKEOVER

Already feeling and responding to the hype so early in the year. 2009 might be the prodigy year for electronic music.....
Just watched Invaders Must Die Video. I jumped a little for joy seeing Noel Clarke in the vid. My Doctor Who side took over at that point.
Oh...and bring back the zepplin I say!

I just saw a 22mn video of V Festival.
What the fuck is Liam doing with 3 (even 4 I think) laptops ? And he always seems to be playing the Virus TI Polar (2007/8 ?), but we can't hear anything. It's really obvious during Breathe (1997). The song sounds exactly like on the album, Liam is getting excited on te Virus, but you can't hear anything from it...
So I guess all this fancy gear is here to say "hey look at me, I'm Liam Howlett, I bring 4 Macbook Pros, a Moog Voyager and a Virus Polar on stage, pretend to be using them, but in fact I just press play in Ableton. Oh and you have to save money for a year to see The Prodigy live, because all this stuff is expensive, you know !"

You're in the wrong thread. Vent your frustrations elsewhere
Nah, kidding. Well, I didn't analyze this particular event that much but from other festivals I saw on youtube he does use his gear and you could hear what's being pushed. Don't know how it'S nowadays.
Have a look on this older stuff: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=4o66Gk-4E1I
