Something I saw on MTV news this morning, on the ticker at the back. It said that the Chemical Brothers were to headline the 'Isle of MTV' fesitval thing. Didn't give dates or a location (I think, it may have done), did anyone else see this?

We can also confirm The Brothers, are going to headline alongside rapper Snoop Dogg

the sea front summer festival set to take place at Piazza dell Unita' d'Italia on

14 July 2005 and will air live across MTV Europe's Networks.

you know what would be neat? If the Chems produced Snoop's next single. A really trippy bass-heavy tack that is great to smoke weed to. Maybe have Snoop rap through a Tricky style/sounding vocoder?

If Snoop collaborates with the Chems (highly unlikely), at least it would mean that we wouldn't have to put up with another "I've already heard that beat" Neptunes production when Snoop releases his next album.....

I'd say YES to a Snood Dogg and Chems colloboration. I dont really dig his music , but i just think he's funny haha. And they also remixed Redman ,i mean , the difference btween Snoop and Red isn't that big i.m.o.....

i think you could be a really good collaboration, chemical brothers with a good bass track with strong snoop vocals over the top

I like Snoop, he has a great sense of humor and can laugh at himself. I think when you're that famous, having those 2 qualities can keep a person grounded. And I think despite all the pimpin'ho image he's a good person. I read a while ago that he organized and took part in a charity baseball game that was basically between the thugs and the cops. All in good fun and for a good cause.
be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle

I lliked Snoop Dogg, but I'm really sick and tired of everything that has sorrounded him lately.

I used to listen to rap and hip-hop 10 years ago, and I got tired of all this hype and stuff that went out.

I don't want the Bros to have a Snoop image, I want them to be as important as they are right now, and not some guys that just remix some famous rapper's songs.

What do want to say with all this?

Stay with people that have a low profile, and not because of that they are worse than others. ;)

I loved Galvanize when I heard Q-Tip's once more after some years.
