the one and only tranceduran is here, and all you chemical brothers and chemical sisters can come gather around! while the chems are out touring, the trancemeister is never exhasuted at looking at the flickr's or youtubes of stuff that you guys and girls upload. the question is whats next for tom and ed?

the future is always bright for the duo because of the gift that is bestowed upon them by god, but what surprises can we expect from the chems in 2008

1) chemical brothers appreciation day

(a day off from work and stand-up cardboard cutouts of the bros for everyone!

2) tom and ed release their own solo albums

(hey . . 2 stages and have them battle it out

in concert!

3) chemical brothers box set

(2 versions of this . . .the ultimate box is

twenty dollars more. . . but you get a can of

salmon)

4) win a date with the chemical brothers!

5) the chemical brothers . . UNPLUGGED!

They know how to play guitar - heaps of their riffs etc. were written using MIDI guitar.

Quite a random thread/ideas. I expect the chems will tour into next summer, maybe release another EP, then have a break with the odd dj date here and there, then hopefully a new album or live cd/dvd to come, 2007 has been a good year for the boys and the fans, so I expect 2008 to be quieter, maybe they will do a really special gig somewhere as well.

Did Duran Duran make trance?

I wish the old old forum stuff was still there. It would be fun to do "a future of the chemical brothers" greatest hits, seeing as how this speculation have came up after come with us, the singles, push the button, and so forth....
