The last one (11 March) finished after midnight (the Chems didn't come on until after 10pm for some reason 8O ).

The after party at Sankey's was awesome.

Not sure if we should go there this time, though, as Sankey's is chav central on a Saturday night. Apparently the Phoenix is better on Saturdays.

I would like them to come out a little earlier this time and hopefully they will play some different songs from the set they did last time?

Ian brown gig opens doors at 11 but hes scheduled to play at 1 so plenty of time to make my way there to the academy

Still not recieved my chems tickets yet either I wouldn't worry about it too be honest theres still a fair way to go

Been to Sankeys loads of times on a Saturday and its fine. Normally the bouncers wont let you in if your dressed scallie ish.

Its part of an all day thing in Manchester called 'Carling Live' - what is supposedly meant to be happening is gigs being played at various different locations around Manchester all day on the 28th. Each one finishes with enother time in between so you can move on to the next gig. I think there is something on after Ian Brown (very early Sunday morning)

I'm only watching the Chems.

I bought my tickets via Carling Live's website but they haven't come yet.

Expect to get the tickets about 2 weeks before the gig

Ticket companies are releasing tickets later and later now to try and prevent eBay touts etc

This new method just gets people more worried that they are not gonna receive their tickets
