Sweeping all before it, with a strident “Work Hard! Play Hard!” ethos, new club night One Party State gets ready for its next event and continues the implementation of its five year plan... to provide the best night out for London’s downtrodden workers, at Camden’s Barfly.

Under threat of exile to the musical gulag, the DJs on both floors have been ordered to play their best possible sets by our Musical Commissars. There’ll also be Party Operatives moving through the venue to check that people are enjoying themselves.

Farm hands and factory workers (and their modern, office-based equivalents) are all invited... The clubbing Bourgeoisie and their lackeys are not! We are vehemently anti-socialite!

SAT 28 MAR: Grum (Prestel Records) - Grum has bloogers & bookers in the UK, across the pond and in Oz clamouring to book him to play to sweaty ravers, as his productions are chock-full of gurn-inducing rushes... He’s played many dates over in the States for I Heart Comix and a whole host of influential nights In NY and LA , the blogs are all over him and he’s remixed Friendly Fires and been touted by Radio 1 as the producer to look for in 2009.

SAT 28 MAR: DJ Tosh Ohta (Adventures In The Beetroot Field) - He’s recently shaken the floor of Fabric for Kill ‘Em All and is a regular at Jac The Disco’s party Last One In’s a Rotten Egg @ 333. He’s also resident at the insanely popular Big In Japan down in sunny Bournemouth.
