I think number 12 could be the one from Charlatans collaboration (without vocals)... ;)

i doubt it. it doesn't sound like 'new order at their funkist', which the tim burgess track has been described as
I'm a fuckin doughnut

Do torrents work on dial-up? I'm guessing it's a big file and that's why it's torrented, but me have no broadband. :(

How big's the file on your harddrives? thx.

Bah! Disregard my previous post. I just found out it's 195mb. Torrents are obviously not for dialup at all!

you can use bittorrent via dialup. probably take you 8hrs to download but it will be worth it, maybe someone would post you a cdr

Hey Mikey, I had the same problem at first. To figure a way out of this, refer to spiralhate's response on the first page of this thread.

I have the coolest kid!

We're listening to this set right now, and Hey Boy Hey Girl comes in and my son says, "It sounds like a lot of people singing along."

I say, "This is what it sounds like at a concert with lots of people"

And he says, "This must be when they're playing like a real band. When you play them in the car, the Chemical Brothers are just 'practicing.' " X-D

This set is awesome. I got it this morning but haven't been able to give it my full attention til now. I couldn't wait to get home from work so I could listen. The segues are epic, the Chems know how to do it well!

The new songs are ear candy - the new song at the second half I'm guessing is the "yellow" song. I really like it, very trancey feel and very feel-good. Hearing Electronic Battle Weapon 7 live still gives me the goosebumps.

And I LOVE how Golden Path is played out live!!

Gearing up now for Private Psychadelic Reel... Oh yeah.

Is this a recording of an official radio broadcast? If so maybe I won't feel guilty for wanting to download it ;-) .

You can't listen to an incomplete version of this download. Only when it is fully completed can you listen to it uninterrupted. This is the nature of bit-torrents. They download random pieces of the file, and place them in any order until the full file is completely downloaded where the pieces are then rearranged into their rightful order.

if you use soulseek, just look for the files shared as user "dbasulto"... i captured the radio stream from a digital cable receiver in the best quality possible and cut out the radio ads and tried to make it clean as possible :)

try not to remove the tags from the id3 tag ;)

I think the "underwater" (?) song is brilliant! Could be a great closener for the album! But this also has me puzzled. I think Strokes ... well... sucks ... a LOT and I find it strange that they could have made a song of this caliber. Well, I have to go and have a listen to it, maybe it changes my view on the band (not likely).

A person who doesn't like the strokes? What's wrong with you man? I realise some people don't like them because of the hype that surround them and they want to be assosiated with the commoners and the mainstream, but the fact is, they wright some fuckin good songs!
