So last months event was critics choice in Time Out for Joe and Will Ask and

The Lovely Jonjo double trouble sets which we're very proud of and this

month we are following up the quality with this lil razzle dazzle line up

for your consumption .....

THERE IS ONLY ONE PARTY. OURS.

SAT 28 FEB – Jeff Automatic + Ed Wilder + Adventures Close To Home DJs + Rob

Campari Safari + The Detachments (live)

NEXT MONTH SAT 28 MARCH – Mikey Four + Ed Wilder + Grum (PRESTEL RECORDS) +

Tosh Ohta (KILL EM ALL @FABRIC) + Rob Campari Safari

Sweeping all before it, with a strident “Work Hard! Play Hard!” ethos, new

club night One Party State gets ready for its next event and continues the

implementation of its five year plan... to provide the best night out for

London’s downtrodden workers, at Camden’s Barfly.

Under threat of exile to the musical gulag, the DJs on both floors have been

ordered to play their best possible sets by our Musical Commissars. There’ll

also be Party Operatives moving through the venue to check that people are

enjoying themselves.

Farm hands and factory workers (and their modern, office-based equivalents)

are all invited... The clubbing Bourgeoisie and their lackeys are not! We

are vehemently anti-socialite!

UPSTAIRS, prepare for Revolutionary Modern Guitar Music For A Utopian Future

from resident DJ Ed Wilder (Corrupt) and guest DJ:

SAT 28 FEB: Jeff Automatic (Club NME / Transmission) - Jeff is resident at

Koko’s massive Club NME night and, when he’s not there, is to be heard

around the UK and Europe (Barcelona, Berlin, Valencia & Girona since the

start of 2009 alone).

SAT 28 FEB: Plus The Detachments, playing LIVE @ Midnight – They’re setting

the blogosphere alight with their Trevor Jackson (Playgroup) produced album

. The band are part of a new, darker wave of bands, citing Throbbing Gristle

and ESG as influences - dark punk funk for future shocks! "They echo the

disenchanted sound of Joy Division and the sleaziness of Iggy Pop; fusing

disembodied vocal effects, spacey synths and screeching guitar sounds with

dubbed-out disco-punk basslines" said Mixmag.

DOWNSTAIRS, get stuck into Decadent Electro ‘n’ Eclectic Sounds from New

Wave to New Rave from East London agitator and resident DJ Rob Campari

Safari (Secret Garden Party / Hoxton Bar & Kitchen) - Rob plays from a old

school rave/Balearic perspective of “if it’s got beats that match then it’s

on!” and he’s particularly eager to deploy “fall of the Berlin Wall-era”

acid house and some very odd pop.

SAT 28 FEB: Adventures Close To Home DJs (Vice / Matter) - Ill Will and

Choaf work for MTV TWO, are resident DJs at Vice Magazine’s events in

London, run their own label, make remixes and present their own club night

(where CSS played their first London show), which has recently left Barfly

to take up a new regular slot at Fabric’s new superclub, Matter. In the last

year, they somehow also found the time to DJ at Vice parties in Barcelona

and elsewhere with Digitalism and play at Glastonbury, Bestival and other

cool places across Europe.
