Fantastic - sounds like you all had a wonderful, beautiful and exciting night. I don't care what Ben_j says, reading all the positive reviews makes the gig seem quite legendary to me. :P

Jeanie - I got your message. Sorry you had to endure such a crummy bus ride getting to London but it sounds like the show more than made up for it.

Pleasure meetin y'all or whoever I did meet. I was mega steamboats, so I hope I didn't piss anyone off... My kebab wasn't what I'd hoped but it done the trick in the end.

It was a pleasure meeting all of you guys and I hope you had an enjoyable night - I certainly did!

So you made it back, Foxboy?

We were drawing lots on whether you would, the state you were in. ;)

Well worth the trip, eh?

Haha.. Truth be told - I wasnt THAT bad, if you had of seen me at Electric Picnic you'd know. :P

I'm just a lively guy regardless of how much drink I take. I think I told mips that before hand - ''wait til ya see me later on''

But yeah I made it back - made friends and all on the way. 2 girls from Dance school and em, some guy trying to sell me drugs.. I said No of course - cause im a good BabyFox.

Definitely worth the trip, one of the best days this year, for me anyway.

VERY NIICE! (Borat voice)

Seriously, all of you--I'm so happy you had a great time. It sounds like it was a memorable event, and from the youtube it looks like it was unforgettable. I can only do my best to contain my jealousy, but it's awesome that it came together. Hopefully the chemical adventures over here on the west coast of the U.S. will be just as good, if not just about on the same level.

You go Foxboy.

Just did that Trafalgar Square gig, feeling like a chump

Current mood: pissed off

What's the point of having a support act if nobody can actually hear you out front? Fucking shocking. Reminded me of when we supported Faithless.

I've never understood why there has to be some kind of hierarchy with these things, everyone's there to have a good time and dance to some music, why bother asking us to play if you're gonna treat us like idiots? Honestly, i felt so stupid. At one point everyone started chanting 'turn it up'...!

This is nothing against the Chemical Brothers, i love them and they are fucking amazing, but i would absolutely love to set the organisers on fire.

And Erol Alkan ended up not being able to play because the organisers FORGOT HE NEEDED DECKS as he is a DJ. Fucking tools....

thats classic, they forgot a dj needs decks! it was a bit poorly organized on the whole.

i found tom and ed talking on the london news about how they thought they would not be playing loud enough. if you wanna view it

http://www.itvlocal.com/london/news

click on 'london tonight catch-up', then click 'london tonight - sunday' and forward wind 9 minutes

The presenters link after the clip is great.

"Do you like playing music too loudly?"

(then from a guy who looks mid 30's) "No, I'm too middle aged for that..."

Very nice!

Ouch - can't believe the decks were left out. Poor Erol Alkan!! That's like having a PB & J sandwich without the PB! Also a bummer about the Calvin Harris low volume incident.

But anyway, Tom and Ed left this messsage on the home page:

Can't watch the London Tonight catch up unless you're a UK resident... How long is the interview and did they talk about any other tidbits re: the show?
