Well, you could always buy the album and then purchase the iTunes-only goodies separately from the rest of the album... they do allow individual purchases, you know!

I don't think so, but upgrading wouldn't hurt anything.

By the way, you can't buy the pass yet. The page is up though. I don't think you can purchase them until the 8th.

I know, and the reason why i said that was because my computer is a little messed up and wont let me down load the new one. But im getting a new laptop soon so then it will be fine.

Btw, I guess they aren't responsible for that, I think EMI and iTunes are. FAO majors : don't complain about illegal downloading if you can't even provide every track on the international physical edition.

I have to go with Maboul on this one. If I could I would pay the 12 euro's extra for the iTunes pass to get Don't Think and Pourquoi and the photo extra's. And I will be the first one in my shop to buy CD/DVD edition and vinyl edition of Further. I will buy the tickets to get to the show. That's all I can do.
Digital only tracks will become available illegal online cause there will always be people online put it online for torrents or whatever. And this time I will say thank you.
Then again, in a couple of months/years, I will buy the single where it will apear as b-side or the greatest hits compilation where it will be on the extra disc (or whatever).

In all fairness, iTunes is probably aware that there are people like me who would rather have the physical CD, so they got to throw in incentives. You know, make us feel like we're Japanese...

a lot of negativity towards itunes! here is another positve spin on why the itunes download is a winner.

the video, more than likely is gonna be HD, probably 720p. if you look at parlaphone's video preview thats in 720p. you know if the chems are displaying their images on a 40ft high screen then it gonna all be produced in hi def. i think i may have to splash out on the itunes album if its hd, its got to be better than the 576i (europe) or 480i (us/jap) dvd.

Well, I've been checking iTunes Holland which sells a pre-order of Further with added bonus track Don't Think but no videos. What the hell is up with all this different iTunes.

dunno about the 720p idea. itunes seems to prefer 640x480/354 video resolution which is sub dvd quality. i would imagine if it was hi def they probably would advertise it as that, and probably charge extra for the privilage!
