Wow, what performers. Bootleg City!
They're completely 'eclectic' and their sets appeal to a wide variety of people. It's two guys who DJ and VJ at the same time to give the audience a real amazing show if you don't know. Real talent.
You need to see them, saw them live yesterday at Cross Central and was blown away.

did you saw Amon Tobin ? Cause if you didn't, I'll struggle you
:-// Amon was on STRAIGHT after Hexstatic and their set was so intense we were all fooked! the whole room was like a sauna occupied by fatties. Caught a few beats from Tobin but we had to leave :(

When they played out here a few years ago, Hexstatic went off. But Amon Tobin after was just way too intense. They had to volume way too loud too, so my ears were hurting halfway through the first track, and the visuals were nowhere near as good as Hexstatic. A bit of a let down really, as I love his albums..
Did Hexstatic have the "hexavision" setup, with one screen normal and the other a mirror image?

Nice. When I saw them play, they did a cut up of Wired for Sound, and during the bit where it goes "I'm ecstatic now" they chopped it up to sound like "Hexstatic... Hexstatic... Hexstatic"
Class
They did that too when I saw them. There's a mad drum'n'bass track they play too, it's DJ Zinc - Reach Out (rmx). The tempo keeps on growing on and on and on... And the visuals are a parrot in a cage going mad. I love it :)

there's a short breezblock set on this page Iggy http://www.pearsonto...lock_my_choices
don't know how it sounds coz it was one of the sets i've missed to download at uni. I guess you need to reigster now to download these files but its definately worth. Also great sets like LoFis, RJD2 and the The Freestylers!
