It makes sure that everybody get paid fairly, for example the places the big chocolate companies get their ingredients from do not pay their staff very much, these are mostly third world type country when there is no other option then to work in this way, but fair trade products make sure they get a decent pay for their job, and all the money does not just go to the fat cats.
You can get fair trade chocolate bars in a lot of shop in the UK, it is a bit more expensive and I am told does not really taste that good, I don?t know my self because I don?t like chocolate at all.

I support the iguanapunk alcohol consumption organisation. A very worthy cause and i'd encourage you all to donate. Do we have anyone here who could organise a concert on the same scale as Live Aid for me?
Im sure Ed and Tom would be willing to headline it.

Reminds me of an episode of Beavis and Butthead where they went a an AA meeting because of their problem with alcohol: not having any.
The fair trade is an interesting one. Our societies are basically running on top of extortion of third world countries. How much are we willing to cut back on our lifestyle to help to bring the same level of living to poorer countries?
